Dear RV,
It’s so wonderful that we’ve stayed in close contact considering we haven’t seen each other incidentally in class for so long. You’re a great study partner and a major reason I passed my high school chem and bio exams, but you are so much more in my life than that. You’re a great and caring friend, willing to stick by my side when things are tough and call me out when I’m being dopey. You’ve been with me while we figure out life together and learn the University system, got matching ATAR’s and celebrated when high school finally ended, helped me navigate awkward situations in friendships and life, lined up for concerts hours before doors open and just been there for me when I need you.
I am so grateful for the love and patience you show me. I’ve enjoyed swapping stories about fun moments in our Uni courses, working together to analyse each other and the people who confuse us and assuring one another that we won’t end up alone. I know you’ll do great in Uni and the work that happens after, and I hope we can continue being friends far into the future!
