Not all of your thoughts are true to who you are.
I think I’ve spoken about this before, but it’s come up again in my own life recently. You may have thoughts you don’t agree with, ideas that come to mind that don’t appeal to you at all. You may dream about things you would never want in real life or imagine scenarios that are totally untrue but still make you feel real emotions.
Your brain is so good at coming up with ideas and thoughts that you do it in your sleep! Not every thought is true or has some profound meaning. You do not need to be afraid of thoughts that you don’t want. They only have power if you believe they are important. Be forgiving of yourself for daydreams and sleeping dreams – you can’t always control them.
